By visiting or using cHerArtwork.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use cHerArtwork.com for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. Any activity that could harm the website, interfere with its functionality, or violate applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and artwork—is the property of Cheryl Vaca and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing an artwork grants you ownership of the physical  or digital piece, as listed, only. Cheryl Vaca (cHerArtwork) retains all reproduction and distribution rights. No artwork or image may be copied, reproduced, displayed publicly, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the artist.

3. Payment

Payment for artwork may be made online through secure payment methods or in person at exhibits, or in person, where we accept PayPal, Apple Pay, major credit cards, checks, or cash. Prices listed online include shipping and applicable sales tax.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping is provided through UPS Ground and is included in the listed price. Delivery is estimated between 1–5 business days after processing. For international orders or special shipping requests, please contact us at cheryl@cherartwork.com.

5. Returns & Damaged Items

All sales are final. If an item is damaged during shipping, please email cheryl@cherartwork.com within 3 days of delivery with a description and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. If you provide personal information (such as your name or email), it will be used only to process your order or communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information unless required by law or with your consent. Cookies may be used to enhance site performance. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Policies from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
